Refund policy

Short version: unused slots can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, and any slot spent on a file we cannot process is returned automatically.

Unused slots

If you bought slots and have not used them, you can ask for a refund of those unused paid slots within 48 hours of the purchase. Bonus slots are not refundable.

Files we cannot process

If we cannot produce reports for a document, for example because the file is damaged or password protected, we return the slot to your account. You can also delete a file yourself before its reports are delivered and the slot comes back straight away.

Problems with a report

If a report is missing, incomplete or attached to the wrong file, contact us and we'll fix it or return the slot.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving slots, send us the Paystack reference and we'll add the slots or refund the extra charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Paystack. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
